Every abstract for GGNHA 27 is submitted from the form on this page. No account is needed, and you are kept informed of the state of your abstract at every step.

Send your abstract

Everything you type here goes straight to the scientific committee. When the form is sent you get a submission number and, by e-mail, a link where you can follow, correct or withdraw your submission.

The paper may have several authors: give the corresponding author in the fields below, then add the other authors as co-authors. A co-author needs a name; an e-mail address is optional and is only used if the committee has to reach that person.

Procedure

The steps

  1. Identify yourself. Give your name, your e-mail address and your affiliation. The e-mail address is where your submission number and your management link are sent.
  2. Add the co-authors. If the paper has other authors, add them with the button below the affiliation: one name per co-author, with an e-mail address and an affiliation if you have them. The list is optional and can be corrected later from your management link.
  3. Describe your work. Write the paper title, choose the thematic area, write the abstract (400 words maximum) and pick Oral or Poster.
  4. Attach the file. Upload the abstract as a PDF or a Word document, up to 10 MB. No template is needed: any document with the abstract in it will do.
  5. Send it. You get a submission number beginning with SUB- and, by e-mail, a link where you can follow the status of your abstract, correct its details or withdraw it while the call is open.
The form above is the only route to a submission. Abstracts sent by e-mail are not accepted.

Preparation

What you need before you start

  • The title of the paper.
  • The thematic area it belongs to (T1 to T5).
  • The abstract, in English, Arabic or French, 400 words maximum.
  • The presentation type: Oral or Poster.
  • The affiliation of each author and the e-mail address of the corresponding author.
  • The names of the co-authors, if any, with their affiliation and their e-mail address when you want them contacted.
No template is required. A short abstract — 400 words at most — written in any Word document or PDF is enough; upload it as it is.
