The limit is enforced by the submission system itself.<\/li>\n<li>State the title, the thematic area and the presentation type you are requesting (Oral or Poster).<\/li>\n<li>Give the full affiliation of every author and the e-mail address of the corresponding author.<\/li>\n<li>List the co-authors, if any.<\/li>\n<li>One abstract per presentation. The corresponding author submits and remains the contact for the whole process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"g-section\">\n<p class=\"g-kicker\" style=\"margin:0 0 .55rem\">Procedure<\/p><h2 class=\"g-h2\">How to submit<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"g-steps\">\n<li>Open the submission form on the submission page of this site.<\/li>\n<li>Give your name, your e-mail address and your affiliation.<\/li>\n<li>Write the title of the abstract, choose its thematic area and pick Oral or Poster.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the text of the abstract (400 words maximum) and attach the abstract file.<\/li>\n<li>Send it.
